The South East Uniting Community is made up of three Uniting Church congregations that have decided to work together to build a healthy, sustainable community of faith.  We began working together in 2006 with a shared ministry team and over time we have become more and more excited by the many possibilities that happen when we pray together, dream and share our resources.

We try hard to live up to our baptismal covenant which says:

  1. ‘With God’s help we will live as a loving community of Christ, nurturing one another in faith; upholding one another in prayer; and encouraging one another in service, until Christ comes.’

We also regularly refer to Jesus’ words to the disciples in Matthew’s gospel:

  1. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the close of the age.’

We recognise that we don’t always stay on track but we know that through Jesus we are changed and each new day we are renewed to serve him with a clean heart, mind and soul.

We are always welcoming new people on this journey with us...give us a call!

                        God bless you!
