Team SEUC...
We believe that we are ‘all in this together’ and our ministry team are here to assist us to keep focused on the tasks that are most important to us - trusting God for all things and equipping one another to being an effective Christian in the world. Each member of the team bring with them a variety of skills, experience and passions that build us up, challenge us and we think that between the three of them we cover most areas well. The team lead worship in each congregation weekly; meet together for prayer and reflection; pastorally visit both those connected to the congregations and many others who call for help; they stay in touch with the other local community leaders; and are involved in other activities including religious education in local schools, visiting our playgroup families, hostels and nursing homes and visiting those who are ill in hospital.

is married to Merle and together they make a great team of their own. Alan’s gifts include local knowledge, biblical wisdom, pastoral care and a keenness to learn and continue to grow in his faith. Alan has served the church as a Lay Preacher, a Community Minister and was recently ordained as a Minister of the Word.
has a background is in youth and children’s ministry training as a Youth Worker and recently transitioning to Minister of the Word. Peter’s gifts include preaching, big picture thinking, mentoring, Christian education and a willingness to grow in his understanding of God. Peter is originally from NSW and is married to Belinda.
has a background in supporting and advocating for people with disabilities and she has a passion for community building and people on the edges of faith. Yvonne was ordained as Minister of the Word in 2000. She loves trying out new ideas, and she loves surprises, she is creative, loves music and spending time laughing with her family and friends.
